| I was disappointed that my purchase inspection was not more thorough and some obvious things were not noted until after I asked about them. When I arrived and said I had some past records these were verbal put aside saying "let us do our thing and go from there". There was a muffler leak that was addressed afterwards and valve spring conversation which wasn't except to give me an about figure. I would have expected the valve cover removed and inspected and also a compression test done to give me an accurate base line of what the car needed. I guess I should have been more aggressive in my wishes and not assuming a more complete inspection. Rich Franklin |

| i needed my van back same day as i was told and it never happened i was told that there was other cars ahead of me but i had an appointment so i could get it back same day a person on the phone told me that they would work on a discount and then they told me that they could not and that they did not even mark up the parts but upon my own research i found that not to be true i had a lot more work to be done but found out it was cheaper to go straight to mercedes of portland and its closer and faster |
