"Sudden service and routine maintenance."

We bought a used BMW 325 about a year ago, and have had a couple of issues that were evident to fix. There were also issues that we were unaware needed attention. The team at Accurate Motorwerks has taken great care to make sure that all issues on the car get addressed and the car is in top running shape. The last visit we had them change the brake fluid and filters, but while they had the car they noticed one of the wires for the brake sensor was damaged, and repaired it. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality repair shop.

"Good mechanical work, poor customer care"

Have enjoyed great service on my last three times here. The mechanical work was sound, but the customer service was lacking. Alan was nice but did not keep me updated when my repair was going to stretch out to the next day and eventual weekend. No news is bad news...just call and let us know what is going on.

Prices are outrageous and Accurate Motorwerks takes advantage of customers that don't know any better. Also, very poor quality of work. Mechanic did not even put my coil packs all they way back in when he was done !!! If you want to be taken advantage of and pay for extremely overpriced repairs, then Accurate Motorwerks is the repair shop for you.

It’s not very often that one uses the word “ministry” when describing an automotive business, yet that’s the word that comes to mind with Accurate Motorwerks. They go above and beyond what would be expected taking care of their customers as if they were their own family members. I never worry that I am being taken advantage of, in fact, sometimes I worry that I am taking advantage of THEM for they often provide services and extra touches without charge, such as a detail, or dropping our repaired car off at home.
