| Solid work on BMW E46 wagon replacing axel shafts. Previously, another mechanic had used low quality parts and they failed early. Accurate used OEM parts and hopefully they will last many miles. They gave me a 2 yr 24k warranty. |

| Done business here a few times with my old Passat. On this occasion I had an annoying noise I couldn't figure out. Michael took it out with me to hear it, quickly diagnosed it, and had the offending parts replaced by end of day. Shuttle service to and from work makes things convenient- planning is a cinch. |

| Was looking for a new shop to service my "new" used car. Both on the phone or in person, asking questions about prospective purchases or talking about the vehicle I bought, Michael (and Austin, too) was professional, informative, and pleasant. Repairs were done well and completed on-time, plus they drove me to and from work so the job could be done during my work day with minimal headache. Michael does a good job of educating and explaining the options to consider without applying pressure, and understands that when you treat people well, everyone is better off. Two thumbs up- next time I need maintenance or repair, no need to think about where to take my car. |
