| After using Accurate Motorwerks for the first time they have made a lifetime customer out of me. Michael and his team did an absolutely great job servicing my X5 and even though there were some unexpected issues along the way, through no fault of their own, they voluntarily compensated me when they felt some of the issues were an inconvenience. You can tell they are the subject matter experts when it comes to BMW and other European makes in Clark County without having to seek service in Portland which is invaluable to me personally. They were honest with me and were very transparent when it came to discussing issues that needed to be addressed now and ones that can wait. I take meticulous care of my vehicle and I really appreciate they did not try to sell me services or parts that I know I don?t need. | I always receive a great greeting when I walk through the door to drop off my car for service. My car is ready when I need it back. I usually get a ride home after drop off and when my car is done by one of the friendly staff. If I need to wait there is fresh brewed coffee available too. |
